*** SOLUTION 1 ***

Go to Appearance > Install Plugins. Install all required plugins and also, install the plugin “Iron Demos Importer” and make sure to activate them.

Once activated, go to Tools > Demo Content Install. Choose your favorite demo and install it. It should takes 3 to 10 minutes.

If it doesn’t work, make sure that you have the minimum requirement. If you still have issue, you can try to install it manually with solution 2 below.

*** SOLUTION 2 ***

Go to Appearance > Install Plugins. Install all required plugins and also, install the plugin “Iron Demos Importer” and make sure to activate them.

Download to your computer, the demo of your choice:

The Lab: http://fwrd.irontemplates.com/demo/thelab/demo.zip

The Fall: http://fwrd.irontemplates.com/demo/thefall/demo.zip

The Rise: http://fwrd.irontemplates.com/demo/therise/demo.zip

The Voice: http://fwrd.irontemplates.com/demo/thevoice/demo.zip

The Peak: http://fwrd.irontemplates.com/demo/thepeak/demo.zip

Upload demo.zip file to your web server in the folder /WP-CONTENT/UPLOADS/FW-BACKUP/

Go to WP-ADMIN > TOOLS > BACKUP.

Select  the archive you want to import then click restore Backup. See screenshot: http://d.pr/i/gexh

When you click restore backup and you have no error message but it used to load for more than 10 minutes, it means you have issue with your web server or WordPress install. Ask your web host to raise the max_execution_time to 600 on PHP.INI.
